(A) Base Monthly Price: includes store hosting by subdirectory name. You keep your website, email, and domain name hosted elsewhere, and we only host the online store portion (shopping cart pages) for your website. When customers want to shop, they click a hyperlink on your website (which is hosted elsewhere) and the hyperlink takes them over to your online store which is running on a subdirectory on one of our servers. Subdirectory hosting includes free use of our shared SSL certificate (for our domain name).

(B) Domain Name Hosting: If you wish to host your online store by your website domain name (example: www.yourname.com), there is an extra quarterly charge associated with this add-on service. Twenty (20) Email accounts are included with domain name hosting.

NOTES: our storefront software is used to create both your website pages and shopping cart pages embedded together to make up the website. Your online store is your website, and your website is your online store. If you wish to add/use a unique SSL certificate for your domain name hosting, the price is $99.95 per year.

(C) Email accounts are only included with the add-on domain name hosting service which includes control panel access to setup and maintain your email accounts.

(D) For security reasons, FTP and SSH access to your website and/or store are not available.
